EQUIPMENTS FOR INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT

These equipments are custom designed, based on technologies suitable for the type of wastewater and effluent quality requirements. Depending on the adopted technology we use modules for equalization/homogenization, pH-correction, flotation, flocculation, coagulation, settling, filtration, ultrafiltration, sludge dewatering . 
The plants are equipped with the most modern dosing and monitoring systems of process parameters, PLC-controlled with local and/or remote interface.

MECHANICAL FILTERS, SAND FILTERS

SITA and EUROTROL filtration systems are used for water treatment in residential or industrial applications. Mechanical water filters use washable or disposable filter cartridges, including drinking water as well as other cold or hot liquids.
These cartridges are recommended for the filtration of drinking water, soft drinks and beverages, boiler water, softeners and to protect refrigerators and air conditioning devices.
Activated carbon block filter cartridges retain mechanical suspensions, chlorine, heavy metals, etc. Water quality is also improved by removing color, taste and unpleasant odor.
Automatic quartz and multimedia filters retain suspended solids that give water turbidity such as sand, mud, rust, etc.
The container of these filters is usualy made of polyethylene reinforced with fiberglass or (at high capacities) of corrosion protected carbon steel. Inside lining consists of a food grade epoxy resin layer, and outside of a polyurethane resin layer.
The filters are equipped with PENTAIR-AUTOTROL electronic control systems using digital programmers and hydraulic valve systems operated either by water pressure or an outside air compressor.

ACTIVATED CARBON FILTERS

EUROTROL automatic activated carbon filters have a filtering bed made of a layer of activated carbon placed over a layer of selected sand.
These filters are commonly used to remove organic substances, residual chlorine from the water and to improve the taste, color and smell of the water.
The container of these filters is usualy made of polyethylene reinforced with fiberglass or (at high capacities) of corrosion protected carbon steel. Inside lining consists of a food grade epoxy resin layer, and outside of a polyurethane resin layer.
The filters are equipped with PENTAIR-AUTOTROL electronic control systems using digital programmers and hydraulic valve systems operated either by water pressure or an outside air compressor.

SOFTENING, IRON-, MANGANESE-, NITRATE-, AMMONIUM-, ARSENIC REMOVAL

These systems are used either individually or in series and are designed to eliminate or reduce the concentration of certain pollutants: ions of calcium and magnesium, iron, manganese, nitrate, ammonia, arsenic.
The pressure vessels are made ​​of containers of polyethylene reinforced with fiberglass fiber, PENTAIR-AUTOTROL digital electronic programmer (for setting the start of regeneration process, frequency of regeneration and the duration of regeneration phases), a system of hydraulically operated automatic valves and a vessel made of polythene for the regenerating solution (brine). Simplex automatic systems have a single column. During the regeneration the system delivers untreated water. Duplex automatic systems or multiple parallel column systems allow the continuous supply of treated water by means of secvential regeneration of the ion-exchange resin in the different columns.

ULTRAFILTRATION, REVERSE OSMOSIS

Ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis are among the most effective methods in water treatment regarding hazardous contaminants: arsenic, asbestos, herbicides, pesticides, fluoride, lead, mercury, nitrates, nitrites, radium, etc. 
Reverse osmosis systems retain dissolved chemicals as well as biological agents in water, the obtained water having a high degree of purity.
Reverse osmosis systems are suitable for removing bacteria, viruses, fungus and other biological components of the water which are harmful to health such as Giardia and Cryptosporidium.
